WORKOUT ROUTINE + MOTIVATION !!

Hi everyone!
First of all, we are sorry for not posting in so long, but we are back and ready to improve! Anyways, for today's post, I wanted to share with you my "workout routine"(I guess you could call it), allong with some tips to get you motivated. I hope you enjoy!
Before getting in to all of this I wanted to remind you that you do not have to get fit if it is not what YOU want to do. You do not have to prive yourself from any food, dieting is not allways the way to go! You are perfect the way you are no matter what anyone thinks or says! If you want to get fit, by all means go ahead, if it is what makes YOU HAPPY!!! :)
Motivation :
Honestly, what got me the most motivated, was when Lena and I were talking and she told me that every nights, she would workout at home with her mom for an hour or so. I then told myself that I should give it a try. Now that is only partially what got me into my routine. What also motivated me was (you know, the usual) seeing all of thoses fitness pictures on tumblr, instagram, pinterest... I wanted to get more healthy and stop being as lazy as I am, and maybe having a workout routine might help!

Workouts :
Here I have two different workouts I enjoy the most. I personally prefer going running than working out in my house, because I love being outside, surrounded by nature and fresh air. Since I can not go running everytime I feel like working out, I try to practice my workout routine outdoors when the weather is pleasant.
For firsts we have what I like to call : THE LAZY ROUTINE.

I usually practice this routine on wednesdays because I have more time to go running. Even though this season might not seem as the ideal time to run outside, since it is not very warm, I find running in cold weather pleasing for some reason.
Since I am very VERY lazy, I practice this routine the most, but otherwise, we have my second workout routine which I like to call : INTENSE ROUTINE

Now, when I really feel energized, I practice these two routines together, by mixing up some of the exercises. After working out so much, I feel so much better and happier, and if you have never tried this out, you definitely should (you never know)!
Keep in mind that the exercises in this routine can be done in a differnt order than listed ;).
(BTW, the "bent-over-rows", "overhead presses", "biceps curls" and "triceps-kick-backs" are done using weights. ;) )
I personally try to work out 1 to 3 times a week, but then again, it is totally up to you to plan your own schedule depending on your time and preferences!
CLOTHING :
For the past few weeks, my favorite "sporty" outfit has been the one below :


This outfit is so freaking comfortable, which is the main reason why I absolutely adore it. I also like it because I find it super cute and I find that working out in "cute" or "tumblry" outfits really motivates me/you to work out more! I will occasionally change out my top for another one but still from the same brand because these t-shirts are sooooo soft!
Top : BRANDY MELVILLE (duh)
Bottoms : H&M
Shoes : PRIMARK
I loooooooove sports bras soooo much. If you do not own any yet, then you need some. They will change your life! (hehehe) No but seriously, even if you do not use them for sport, they are so comfortable ahhhhhh. I own so many it is unreal!
You can find some really good ones at H&M, FOREVER 21 and PRIMARK.
A sport bra is definitely a must for me !

EQUIPMENT :
When I workout, I always have :
- a bottle of water (essential)
- a yoga mat
- bluetooth headphones
- (a pair of) weights, they are about 5kg each I beleive

Bluetooth headphones are a must as well, because I love working out with music and these headphones block the other noises around me. I have two favorite workout playlists for now on 8tracks :

I find it practical to have a yoga mat with me, whether for doing fitness exercises or stretching after my workout! This one if super soft and comfy! (and cheap hehe)
