DIY Healthy summer smoothies / snacks

Hey guys!
Today I wanted to share with you my favorite smoothies/snacks for the summertime! I hope you enjoy!!
Banana cinnamon:
for 1 person

-So first off, you want to start by chopping up a banana, and putting it in your blender.
- Then you want to crush 2 or 3 speculos and add them to your blender.
- And finally you will want to put your yogurt ( I prefer to put a vanilla flavored yoghurt because it gives the smoothie more taste) but you can put plain yoghurt too.

Go ahead and mix it all up in your electric blender.

I wanted to make my smoothie look extra delicious, so I crushed 1 speculoos on top, and there you go! IYou are finished, and I swear it's so delicious , it's my favorite for sure (best served cold).
Spinach avocado smoothie:
for 1 person

WOW! Yes, it is green, it is a green smoothie. I normally do not like spinach or almond milk, but in this smoothie, it's very good. You might also nee salt and pepper for seasoning.
1- So I think you understand, you take all of the ingredients and you put them in your blender, that's all. I thought 2 cubes of spinach would be good, but finally 1 cube is enough! Seaon to your liking withsalt and pepper, refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours (s) and serve!

Although it does not look appetizing at all, I assure you it is delicious and plus it's full of vitamins, perfect for before or after sport.
Homemade orange juice:
In the summer when it's hot we all want is a nice fresh drink. Here is the drink you might be looking for. Easy and so fresh.

So this is literally the simplest recipe ever. Start by cutting an orange (make sure to remove the skin and the white skin). Put the orange in the blender and add your lemon juice. Mix and put everything in the fridge for a few hours and there you go!

And it 's just so much better than the juice you buy in the stores plus, it only takes just a few minutes.
Berry joghurt parfait :
Okay so for this snack all you really need to do is look and this picture. But basically what I did was pour a yogurt in a bowl, then I put a little sugar, added berries and that is all! You could top your yoghurt with whatever you like, bananas on top would be delicious! And on top of that, this snack is perfect pour summer since it is light and fresh!
